- Interested candidates may obtain prospectus & form by paying Rs. 200 in cash.
- Application Form properly filled in should be submitted to the office along with the following : o Requisite Fees o Attested Certificate of age proof o Attested Mark- Sheets (Class-X or Madhyamik onward).
- Original Mark-Sheets and Admit Card (class-10) to be shown at the time of Admission.
- Application should be submitted in person between 10.30 a .m. to 5 p.m on any working day.
- Admission to the course is the sole discretion of the management.
- Fees once paid will not be refunded on any ground whatsoever.
- A student causing damage to the laboratory equipments, computer, library books or any property belonging to the Institution will have compensation according to the extent of damage.
- Transfer from one stream to another is not permissible.
- The Institute will be remain closed as per issued by West Bengal State Council of Technical Education.
- All payment should be made in time per the scheduled of the Institute.
- Any other activities without the prior permission of Principal/ President except educational mater, will not be entertained.
- For any matter not governed by rules and regulations given, new rules will be made and the same will be intimated through Notice Board. All students are liable to abide by the rules and regulations of the institute.
- Disciplinary action should be taken for violations or rules and misconduct by the students. The institute maintains absolute discipline and students violating these are liable for any disciplinary action including expulsion.
- Regarding all matters of discipline the decision of the management will be final and legally binding.
- Only Bank Draft will be accepted in favour of "SAROJ MOHAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY" Payable at Kolkata for any kind of payment.
